LinkBoxAI respects user privacy and only accesses user data to provide features the user chooses to enable.
Google Sign-In
When a user signs in with Google, LinkBoxAI receives basic profile information such as name, email address, and profile image for authentication and account creation.
Google Workspace Integrations
Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, and Calendar access is requested separately from sign-in. LinkBoxAI uses granted Google API access only to provide user-requested features such as importing selected files, summarizing user-selected content, creating or editing user-requested documents, and syncing connected productivity data.
Data Use
LinkBoxAI does not sell Google user data and does not use Google user data to train generalized AI models. Access tokens are stored securely and can be revoked by disconnecting the integration or revoking access in the user's Google Account.
