LinkBoxAI is a personal AI workspace that helps users organize knowledge, documents, notes, tasks, projects, and connected productivity workflows.
What LinkBoxAI Does
Users can save and search knowledge items, create and manage documents, build task and project workflows, generate summaries, use AI writing and analysis tools, and connect supported productivity services from one account.
Why LinkBoxAI Requests Google Data
Google Sign-In is used to authenticate users and create a LinkBoxAI account with basic profile information such as name and email address.
Google Workspace access is optional and requested separately. If a user chooses to connect Workspace features, LinkBoxAI may access selected Google Drive files, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, or Calendar data only to provide user-requested features such as importing files, opening selected documents, summarizing user-selected content, creating or editing user-requested office files, and syncing connected productivity information.
User Control
Users can disconnect Google integrations in LinkBoxAI settings or revoke access from their Google Account. LinkBoxAI does not sell Google user data and does not use Google user data to train generalized AI models.
